DIY // marble box.

Photos by: SAOSdesignLately I've been looking at my box that I got for birthday few years ago and started thinking how to make it more me (who likes those flower prints anyway?). And because I just love marble pattern I decided to turn it into marble box! First I had to buy marble self adhesive foil, prepare a pair of scissors and then went to work. 1. Cut the foil right size.
2. Wrap the foil around the sides of the box. Use your finger or ruler to remove the air bubbles out.
3. Make incisions in the corners.
4. Fold the sides to the inside of the box.
5. Repeat the process with the cover.   _____Zadnje čase sem veliko opazovala škatlo ki sem jo dobila za rojstni dan pred leti in premišljevala kako ni jo lahko naredila bolj svojo (komu so sploh všeč cvetlični vzorci?). Zaradi ljubezni do vzorca marmorja sem se odločila da škatlo spremenim v marmornat vzorec! Najprej sem morala kupiti samolepilno folijo z vzorcem marmorja, si pripraviti škarje nato pa sem se lotila dela. 1. Izrežite volijo prave velikosti in oblike.
2. Oblepite folijo okrog škatle. Uporabite svoje prste ali ravnilo da odstranite zračne mehurčke.
3. Naredite zareze na vogalih.
4. Prepognite preostale stranice na notranjo stran škatle.
5. Ponovite postopek s pokrovom. xo S.
