Yesterday I visited so far the best designed apartment in Ljubljana Emmi home. The apartment is situated on fish market on the first floor at the corner of green building from 1800, in which also Ivana Kobilica was painting. It is a real surprise in the center on a 32m², which are exploited more than effectively. The contrast between the view of the modern interior and old town exterior is downright fascinating.
Equipment in the apartment itself is really minimalistic, but thoughtfully picked. One of the most notable pieces in the flat is of course, pull-out sofa from COR. It is complemented by an excellent photographic work of Urban Cerjak and light Parentesi. Kitchen island is very simple but functional and contains everything including a dishwasher and extended working surface with dining area in which the main attributes are bar stools Alodia and to all already known Muuto lamps. For a more homely feeling between designer pieces it's been taken care off by Nina Eminagić with her home-made pillows that make the apartment warm. During all of this also vintage furniture can be found - night lights, which at first sight don't look vintage at all as they were designed by Danish designer Louis Poulsen.
Just the right balance between white, other colors and designer pieces for such square footage, I personally would immediately live here. Would you too? (:

Have a nice rest of the week.

Pa lep preostanek tedna vam želim.
